iKnowWare is always looking for opportunities to reach new customers through its iKnowLEADS Program. As a member, your organization can collect a bonus for referring qualified prospects that would benefit from iKnowWare’s products and services.
Get to Know Our Sales Process
iKnowLEADS Program members are asked to have a designated point of contact with iKnowWare, to make reasonable efforts to endorse and promote iKnowWare solutions, and to refer potential customers to iKnowWare.
The sales process for the iKnowLEADS Program works as follows:
- The interested party registers online by completing the iKnowLEADS Program application.
- The iKnowLEADS Program member identifies a potential lead and registers customer information by using the iKnowLEADS Form.
- iKnowWare reviews iKnowLEADS registration information, determines if iKnowLEADS registration is a current customer or prospect of iKnowWare and sends an "accept" or "reject" notification to the iKnowLEADS Program Member within 7 business days.
- The appropriate iKnowWare Sales Representative contacts the iKnowLEADS Program Member to be introduced to prospect, and works with iKnowLEADS Program Member to close the deal.
- iKnowWare receives PO from customer, or a web based secure purchase and the iKnowWare subscription customer.
- iKnowWare manages customer billing and customer support.
